01 / Our Process

Our free-spirited cocktails are brewed through a unique infusion process using a complex blend of herbs, botanicals and citrus rinds. Unlike other non-alcoholic brands who distill their drinks with alcohol, and then remove that alcohol (also removing a lot of flavour), Wild Folk cocktails are infused in steel tanks, filtered through rice hulls, and then carbonated. The result? None of the alcohol and all of the flavour.

We source local and global integral products, use artisanal quality, fair-trade and hand-harvested when available, and showcase seasonality and locality in all our brews.
