Bee's Knees

Bee's Knees Sour

  • 2.5 oz Wild Folk Bees Knees
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic gin
  • 1 egg white, frothed by shaking agressively

Make: Shake ingredients dry, then wet. Double strain
Serve: Coupe, neat
Garnish: Honeyed, dried lemon chip

Vermouth Spritz

Vermouth Collins

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 3 oz Gruvi Dry Seco

Make: Build in the glass. Start with the cucumber ribbon, then add ice
Serve: Collins glass, on the rocks
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon around the inside of the glass

Vermouth Spritz

Moscow Mule

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 3 oz ginger ale

Make: Combine ingredients and stir
Serve: Copper mug, on crushed ice
Garnish: Lime round

Sparkling Negroni

Spagliatto

  • 2 oz Wild Folk Sparkling Negroni
  • 4 oz Prosecco

Make: Stir gently to combine
Serve: Wine glass or rocks glass on ice
Garnish: Grapefruit rind

Mezcal Margarita

Lady Marmalade

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Mezcal Margarita
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 2 tsp orange marmalade

Make: Shake with ice and strain
Serve: Coupe or wine glass over ice
Garnish: Orange peel twist
