Bee's Knees

Bee's Knees Sour

  • 2.5 oz Wild Folk Bees Knees
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic gin
  • 1 egg white, frothed by shaking agressively

Make: Shake ingredients dry, then wet. Double strain
Serve: Coupe, neat
Garnish: Honeyed, dried lemon chip

Vermouth Spritz

Vermouth Collins

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 3 oz Gruvi Dry Seco

Make: Build in the glass. Start with the cucumber ribbon, then add ice
Serve: Collins glass, on the rocks
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon around the inside of the glass

Vermouth Spritz

Moscow Mule

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 3 oz ginger ale

Make: Combine ingredients and stir
Serve: Copper mug, on crushed ice
Garnish: Lime round

Bee's Knees

Bumblebee Iced Tea

  • 4 oz Wild Folk Bee's Knees
  • 3 oz strong steeped Peach tea, chilled

Make: Stir ingredients together
Serve: Tall glass with ice
Garnish: Lemon round

MEZCAL MARGARITA

Spicy Mezcal Margarita

  • 4 oz Wild Folk Mezcal Margarita
  • 1/2" muddled cucumber (cut in slices or chunks)
  • 2 oz non alc Mezcal or tequila
  • Pinch of spice blend

Make: Combine ingredients and stir
Serve: Margarita glass

AN EXTRA KICK FOR YOUR SPICY MARG

Spice Blend

Zest 3 citrus fruit with a microplane (can be lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, etc).

Mix with 100g sugar, 100g salt, 5g cayenne pepper.

Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet to dry. Once it feels dry to the touch, label and store it.

Low Alcohol

If you're hosting for friends or gifting to those who still wish to imbibe.

  • 1 egg white

Make: Shake ingredients dry, then wet. Double strain

Sparkling Negroni

Spagliatto

  • 2 oz Wild Folk Sparkling Negroni
  • 4 oz Prosecco

Make: Stir gently to combine
Serve: Wine glass or rocks glass on ice
Garnish: Grapefruit rind

Mezcal Margarita

Lady Marmalade

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Mezcal Margarita
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 2 tsp orange marmalade

Make: Shake with ice and strain
Serve: Coupe or wine glass over ice
Garnish: Orange peel twist

VERMOUTH SPRITZ

Old Fashioned

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 2 oz Bourbon or whiskey
  • Juiced wedge of orange

Make: Stir ingredients with ice
Serve: Rocks glass over ice
Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Vermouth Spritz

Manhattan

  • 1 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 2 dashes of bitters

Make: Stir ingredients with ice
Serve: Coupe, neat
Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Mezcal Margarita

Spicy Mezcal Margarita

  • 4 oz Wild Folk Mezcal Margarita
  • 1/2" muddled cucumber (or substitute mango or passionfruit)
  • 1.5 oz Mezcal or tequila
  • Pinch of spice blend

Make: Combine ingredients and stir
Serve: Margarita glass
Garnish: Spice blend on rim (see recipe above)

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 2 oz Soda

Make: Stir ingredients together
Serve: Tall glass over ice
Garnish: Lemon twist

  • 2 oz strong steeped Peach tea, chilled
  • 1 oz Peach or citrus vodka

Make: Stir ingredients together
Serve: Tall glass over ice

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Bee's Knees
  • 2 oz Barrel-aged Gin or Bourbon

Make: Stir ingredients with ice
Serve: Rocks glass over a large ice cube
Garnish: None

  • 2 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Ginger beer

Make: Stir ingredients together
Serve: Copper mug with crushed ice
Garnish: Lime round

  • 2 oz Wild Folk Vermouth
  • 1 oz Bourbon or rye
  • 1 oz Campari

Make: Stir ingredients with ice
Serve: Coupe, neat
Garnish: Orange peel

The Hornet

  • 3 oz Wild Folk Sparkling Negroni
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup

Make: Shake ingredients with ice
Serve: Rocks glass over ice
Garnish: Lime wedge

Vermouth Spritz

Fizzy Vermouth

  • 2 oz Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz
  • 3 oz Prosecco or Champagne

Make: Stir gently
Serve: Flute glass
Garnish: Lemon or orange twist

Sparkling Negroni

  • 2 oz Wild Folk Sparkling Negroni
  • 4 oz white wine

Make: Stir ingredients gently
