01 / Our Process

Our free-spirited cocktails are brewed through a unique infusion process using a complex blend of herbs, botanicals and citrus rinds. Unlike other non-alcoholic brands who distill their drinks with alcohol, and then remove that alcohol (also removing a lot of flavour), Wild Folk cocktails are infused in steel tanks, filtered through rice hulls, and then carbonated. The result? None of the alcohol and all of the flavour.

From garden to glass, our use of sustainably-sourced whole and natural ingredients mean you can prioritize feeling good without compromising on taste. We source local and global integral products, use artisanal quality, fair-trade and hand-harvested when available, and showcase seasonality and locality in all our brews.
